APPLICATION
Propeller pumps are designed for supply of capacious quantities of water at low heads, beeing thus very economically applied in the system of irrigation and drainage, industry and etc.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Propeller pumps are of an axial type, i.e. water flows into a suction bell mouth axially passing via impeller and stator diffuser, being further directed through a discharge pipe to the piping. The pump itself is of a simple and solid construction Bell mouth, stator diffuser, tube casing, discharge elbow and electro-motor pedestal are made of qualitative grey cast. Rotor blades can be of alloyed steel or bronze. A shaft is of alloyed steel as well. A normal design of blades is executed so to enable adjusting of a blade angle of attack as required for an adequate working point during erection in the works. Upon a customer's requirement, the pumps provided with deflecting blades in operation, are also produced. Such design ensures deflection of blades by means of a special device. If necessary, the blades can be deflected during operation, for an adequate angle to achieve as much as better efficiency. Upon requirement, we supply pumps of a such design, which enables axial removings, of rotating parts out of the casing. Pumps with deflecting blades in operation are manufactured only from the size 80-100 onwards. The shaft consists of two or more parts, reciprocally joined by a rigid coupling. Bearings are of a slide type, either of bronze, grease lubricated from an additional lubricating pump mounted on a motor pedestal, or of water lubricated non-metal materials. Main axial bearing is a roller or slide one and it is lubricated by oil. The shaft is by means of a flexible coupling joined with an electro-motor. Sealing of pump is carried out by ordinary packings or labyrinth ones, however, upon requirement other various packings can be installed.

APPLICATION
The KP type submersible pumps are suitable for pumping of waste water, thick liquid mud and sludge and other liquids containing solid particles up to 30%. They are used in civil engineering, mining, agriculture, process industry, ship-building industry and in other areas of economy facing water problems.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The structure is compressed using a common shaft for motor and pump that provides high operational safety. Parts of pumps that are in contact with the metering medium supplied in the performance of cast iron or non-ferrous metals, while protecting the electric motor parts appropriate protective devices depending on the type of media. The casing is spiral and adapted to transport liquids with a higher solids content. Impeller is single-channel is also adapted for the transport of dense liquids with solids. Sealing is done with mechanical seals and for added security the electric motor is installed double protection system with two seals. Valve proving that the protection system is done by unscrewing the screws on the housing of the control of electric motors (for the top seal) and the control of the purity of the oil through the filler neck (for astragal). Changing the seal is simple and possible after removing the Impeller and the separation of the volute of electric motors. The pump has a pair raspornih rings on the suction side that can be replaced after wear without requiring customization and are fixed with screws. The electric motor is sealed and complete unit can operate submerged. The maximum temperature of the supply of media can be as 323 K. In contrast to today, the usual design for waste water, for KP pump is not necessary dry sump which is a customer for a number of advantages. In addition, we find advantage in the construction, the material used, and also the much lower cost of construction, ease of installation and safe automatic operation. Low power consumption is achieved great effect, and it is generally known operational reliability and durability of the respective pumps and fast handling during inspection, malfunction or modification of the pump.

APPLICATION
Primary use of well pumps is for supply of drinking water, water used in industry and agriculture. Due to small diameters they are especially suitable for use in tight wells.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Well pumps are manufactured in radial or halfaxial construction. Water enters the pump through the suction basket with or without valve or suction bell it passes through the hydraulic section up the pipe sections and discharge toggle and exists into the discharge duct. Hydraulic section is composed of ring sections and upper and lower bearing support. Each ring section has a guide wheel manufactured out of grey iron and impeller which can be manufactured either out of bronze, gray iron or steel. Suction bell or suction basket casing are also manufactured out of gray iron. Pipe sections and motor pedestal are welded construction, protected by protective coating. Shaft comprised out of two or more sections interconnected by bolt-couplings is connected to the electromotor with elastic coupling. Radial bearings are rubber and cooled by pumped medium, whilst axial bearings are roller bearings lubricated with oil or grease. Shaft outlet in the casing is sealed with packing, but if other type of sealing is requested alternatives can be used. At special request we can manufacture other types of well pumps with different construction solutions. For instance radial bearings can be manufactured out of bronze lubricated with grease, protection pipe shaft etc.Standard pumps are designed in compliance with the DIN 24255 standard. They are of standardized dimensions and interchangeable regardless of the pump manufacturer, without changes in connections and supports, while their hydraulic characteristics are approximately identical with equal dimensions. The pump impeller is disassembled in the direction of the electro motor without disconnecting the piping or moving the motor. The wide scope of interchangeability of components of these pumps provides for a safe and reliable service life with a minimum stock of spare part.

APPLICATION
Main avenue of use for these pumps is in cases of large quantities and low manometric heads. This property of high-speed pumps, which at low manometric heads work at relatively high rpm, which allows for this half axial pump a widespread area of use with a very high degree of effectiveness. Our standard PKH pumps are most often used as cooling pumps in energy installations, for irrigation and drainage, in industry, mining etc. Considering large cross sections, these pumps are able to withstand, to a certain degree, turdines and foreign bodies in the medium.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Our half axial pumps are of simple design, but sturdiness of operative parts guarantee high degree of safety for this type 2 pump. Impeller, with wide lane spaces, installed as a console on a sturdy shaft mounted in roll-bearings lubricated with grease. Entire pump stands on two legs located on spiral casing. Supplied cross-sections show main dimensions of the pumps for standard positions of the discharge flange (VG, HO, KOD). Pumps with different position of discharge flange are manufactured to special order. Additionally, these pumps are also manufactured with vertical placement of the drive.
