These pumps are the latest discovery in the group pump for small quantities of supplies. They fill the gap in the type field between the piston and radial centrifugal pump with a relatively good efficiency. These pumps with only one wheel rotors generate lift height of 180 m which would require a centrifugal pump with 9 degrees, for this reason the peripheral pumps in their type-field are irreplaceable. They have a cheap and simple construction and easy to maintain and operate. Due to its small size are especially suited to installations where available small installation space.

CV and CH type pumps are double inlet single stage centrifugal cargo pumps. Their primary avenue of use is in transport of crude oil and oil derivatives, as well as impure liquids with particle size up to 0,22 mm and concentration up to 3g/l. The pump casing is radially split and has in line suction and delivery branches. The pump cover is an integral part of the pump casing and to simplify maintenance this can be removed with the shaft, mechanical seal, impeller and external bearing as one unit. “O” ring seal seated on tapered surfaces ensures casing tightness, eliminating the use of gaskets and sealing compounds. The shaft is made from acid resistant steel with shaft sleeves fitted to prevent wear due to abrasive materials in pumped media. Axial and radial pump loads are carried by a heavy duty, grease lubricated ball bearing which is effectively protected by an external housing with ample air space between the bearing housing and pump cover. The internal bearing bush is surrounded by a grease chamber and situated close to the impeller to eliminate vibration. The pump can be easily adapted for self priming arrangements of various types.

A row of VS pumps is arranged to suit all requirements regarding supply of clean and slightly turbid water, cold oils, liquid fuels etc. It is also serviceable at civil and industrial waterworks, artificial rain, fire-fighting purposes, for the production of delivery water in hydraulic water plants etc. These pumps can supply medium of temperature up to 105°C. VSv pumps are applied for hot water supply up to 130°C, because pakcings can be cooled. They are equally adapted as feed water pumps and condensate supply pumps. VS design is adapted for temperatures lower than 105°C. KV pumps are fit for the pumping of clean water and the water containing substantial amount of impurities. Range of these pumps is suitable for particularly heavy suction conditions, then at the condensate supply, higher geodetic suction head and resistances in a suction pipe etc. They can supply medium of temperature up to 80°C. KVv and KV pumps with packings cooling chamber are applied to supply hot water up to 105°C. KVL and KVLv pumps are adapted for the pumping of condensate, clean water and the water containing substantial amount of impurities. These pumps are adapted for water supply up to 105°C. Application of these pumps to hot water supply up to 130°C is also obtainable by the cooling of packings. Range of these pumps is suitable for particularly heavy suction conditions. Their vertical desing makes possible safety operation and a very little space is necessary for their assembly.
